Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were large and very nice, with a convenient heating and air conditioning unit. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, albeit a bit challenging for some to access due to the sloped entrance. The service was top-notch, and the hotel offered free parking just half a block from the main street. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The Victoria Suite I stayed in had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time together. The direct access to the covered porch with views of the beautiful yard filled with flowers and trees was a highlight. The location was fantastic; close to all the action in Nelson yet offering a peaceful stay. The dining experience, featuring locally caught fish, was delightful. The service was attentive, and the laundry service was convenient. Overall, a great choice for my trip.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms are much more charming in person, with a lovely large covered porch overlooking a stunning yard filled with flowers and trees. The decor was beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is excellent, right downtown within walking distance to everything you need. However, the sloped entrance made unloading the car a bit challenging for us. The service was top-notch, but the dining experience could be better. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
